Hi, I’m Janet

I am a licensed therapist in Lincoln Massachusetts specializing in working with couples, families, and adult individuals.

My approach is rooted in creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. I am committed to helping my clients navigate the challenges they face, develop healthier coping strategies, and resolve the issues that are getting in the way of leading a fulfilling life.

With years of experience in the field, I strive to empower my clients towards positive growth and meaningful change.

How I Help

As a holistic therapist, I integrate various approaches to help my clients achieve emotional healing and overall well-being. Drawing from psychodynamic theory, I explore the impact of past experiences on present behaviors and feelings, guiding clients towards understanding unconscious patterns that interfere with goals and relationships.

By incorporating somatic techniques, I help individuals connect with their bodies and internal parts of themselves to address stored trauma and release tension. Mindfulness practices are essential in promoting self-awareness and grounding in the present moment. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is employed to challenge and reframe negative thought patterns while developing healthy coping strategies and internal harmony. Additionally, I utilize memory reconsolidation techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to assist clients in processing and overcoming distressing memories, ultimately fostering a more integrated and Self-led way of being.

This multi-faceted approach allows me to support clients in a comprehensive manner, fostering deep healing and personal growth.
